Sanford “Joe” Turner/Glenn Jackson Golf Scholarship Classic

• The team online registration will only allow the team leader to register with information that is relative to the leader along with a payment of $460.00 for four players; the $460.00 shall be charged to the leader’s bank account. The system will generate a notice of this for the golf committee and the leader will be contacted to provide the names, and other info, of the team members.  The leader could email the names and other info to Kenneth Carter: carterkn257@gmail.com or Michael German: mg5052@gmail.com.  The outline for information required is printed on the flier.
• A similar situation exist as above when processing an online payment for a sponsorship; particularly, if it’s a sponsorship that includes golfers as part of the package.
• If the team decides to register as individuals on line, then the team leader will need to email the team information to Kenneth Carter or Michael German, see email info above, or fill out the team information on the flier and mail to Macedonia to the attention of Kenneth Carter or Michael German.
